Aras Holden joined the Broad Street team in March 2012 and has been involved in the acquisition or disposition of assets exceeding $185 million. As VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Aras both sources and analyzes acquisition opportunities and leads the repositioning efforts of strategic investments. His responsibilities include modeling debt and equity scenarios, negotiating key leases, and leading the due diligence efforts for acquisitions. Additionally, Aras assists with investor relations and works closely with the property management and leasing teams to enhance value across the Broad Street portfolio
Aras is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, where he has served as a coordinator in the Mentorship Program and a member of the Real Estate 101 Committee. He is also a member of ICSC.
Mr. Holden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.
Aras lives in Washington's Kalorama neighborhood with his wife Elizabeth. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys exploring Washington's growing culinary scene.
