Nathan Stern Associate
Assistant Vice President
A Colorado native, Nathan uses his area knowledge and connections to assist food and beverage businesses in finding the right locations. He uses the same skillset representing landlords to find tenants who will thrive in their properties. Nathan previously owned his own coffee shop, and understands firsthand the challenges food and beverage businesses face. As a property owner and former tenant himself, Nathan understands the importance of the landlord/tenant relationship, allowing him to provide valuable insight to clients and set them up for success running their businesses. Nathan focuses on forming long-lasting connections with clients and representing them wherever their business takes them as it grows. Nathan works on a team with Zach Cytryn, and the two specialize in food and beverage (F&B) tenant representation.
