As Senior Vice President at Broad Street Realty, Mark brings more than 20 years of experience representing the interests of Tenants within the Washington Metropolitan Area and nationwide. Over the years, he has advised a wide variety of corporations, professional service firms, technology companies, government contractors, associations and non-profit organizations. In doing so, Mark is focused on aligning his clients' real estate requirements with their business objectives and budgetary demands while exploring the benefits of leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.

Tenant representation services, including superior financial engineering, innovative transactional structures and negotiation strategies designed to create a competitive environment in order to maximize marketplace leverage on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Broad Street, Mark was Senior Vice President at The Ezra Company for five years and spent fourteen years as an Assistant Director at Studley, Inc., four of those years in their National Accounts Group.

Mark is a lifelong Washingtonian who resides in Rockville, MD with his wife and three children. He is active with The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, The Brain Tumor Society and is Vice President of Playmakers, Inc.
